ok me and furian and i talked with catris about it last night ... we are discussing a possivble ut2k4 server for the pc we could do whatever we wanted to it

THIS ISNT SET IN STONE cuz i want to know how many of you would actually play it like how many of you would be nice enough to give it a try

when i get time ill post vids of the game and pics of the mods and mutaters that id add to the server we can vote on any mods/mutaters anything you guys like you can have anything you hate you dont have to have look not only would a dedicated server on a game ALOT of ppl play advertise our site itd also advertise our squad and get us some more members
and like i said you can have anything you want on it this wont be a failboat of hey look thats a good idea but done crappy like our last server this one will be a colabrative effort and hopefully will go over well.

now ive priced the game ut2k4 to be about $10-$14 if you just buy that game if you buy the ut bundle its more expensive im willing to help locate game copies on ebay for ppl who want to try this (im hoping maybe to get savage and rez'z attention this time) i also have software that lets you use your xbox controller on your comp so there wont be any of the ppl who say blah blah i dont play pc games i like consoles because it will be just like playing on xbox so there will be virtually no learning curve.

i can set the server up to do anything i need it to do like ons(a huge war with a *sh-t* ton of ppl over a massive map the size of kansas) dm(deathmatch on small or big maps) snp(sniper matches im sure most of you will vote this gametype away completely) ctf(wtf do i really have to explain ctf) vctf(wow ctf with vehicles lol) and so on we can have it set up to do 1 gametype or all of them and the best part is id be adding new maps every week probably 100 new maps every week and this time ill have a proper redirect and seeiong as how ut2k4 is a newer better game we wont have any of the slow-ass loading problems that we had on our last server.

with our own server if we use it alot ppl will copme to play with us ... ALOT and then we can vote on new recruits like you guys talked about and one of the requirements ca be that they have to own an xbox360 so that way we can have a much better squad and we will be able to play on pc and xbox and we will have tons of content.

there will be gametypes for everyone because theres more then just those gametypes look theres even a gametype thats exactly like horde on gow2 so theres something for everyone and with the ability to use your xbox controller i just dont see how itll be a bad idea atleast maybe some of you will be willing to try this right?

yes bots use vehicles & ut 2004 is awesome... me and cheese r gonna get this going & u guys r GOING to do it!

in fact i cant enjoy ut3 anymore after playing ut 2004 on the comp

lol? savage there r a *sh-t* of vehicles on ut2k4 and yes the bots use them the bots will use both the regular vehicles and the custom vehicles when the game is set to custom mode on the server so you'll have a choice custom vehicles custom weapons or regular vehicles or regular weapons then theres also going to be a large map sniper gametype and dont worry you'll have the ability to choose what you want to do so its gonna be great


also i can make custom maps myself sooooooo just tell me what kinda stuff your looking for

im not talking about a sniper map im talking like a big ass battlefield with hundreds of bots to kill us and them im talking about a *f-* load of vehicles i want it to be frontlines times ten man i wants so big a battle it makes headlines!!!

savagearm i said their would be warfare and sniper modes THERE ARE DIFFERENT MODE THAT "YOU CHOOSE FROM" everyone will vote for a map and a mode and then we will play that map/mode in warfare believe me you will have tons of opponents and tons of vehicles and i promise that there will be to much *sh-t* happening in to many places across a huge map that you wont be able to keep track of it all and all you'll be able to do is fight your hardest till you die and then fight again

warfare or "onslaught" as its called on ut2k4 is about taking over a huge map with "nodes" as objectives and different paths so it can be like maybe your team is making progress in one area but the other team beats you because they made progress quicker in another area and destroys your power core first

it will be grand i promise
